1. Eligibility for Return

We offer 2 days return, if the product is damaged or defective.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 7 -10 business days.:

• The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Note: Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team via phone or email within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos or videos showing the issue.
3. Once verified, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Approved refunds will be Credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), we may require your bank details to process the refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Opened or used products.
• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
• Items purchased under discounts, offers, or clearance sales.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the parcel and packaging. We will replace or refund the item promptly.
